Based in Waterford, Lord Builders, Inc. has been serving the Waterford & East Lyme area for 30 years. In January of 1987, Jeff Lord and wife Lisa established their business and have been building beautiful homes ever since!

Jeff Lord
Lisa Lord
Lisa was born and raised in East Lyme where she met and married her high school sweet heart. After establishing Lord Builders along with Jeff, she managed the office affairs while working at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital as a Health Unit Coordinator. During her twenty three years with the hospital Lisa also worked as real estate agent for 10 of those years with Crystal Real Estate.

Currently, Lisa is the co-owner of Twist Yarn Shoppe in Niantic along with her daughter Jen. For the past 30 years she has remained a solid force in the backend operations for Lord Builders .
Richard "Dick" Lord
Dick Lord is Jeff's father and the original founder of Lord Builders. Raised in Waterford, he has been a lifetime resident of the area and worked in the business for fourty years before he retired at the age of 70.

In his retirement, Dick enjoys spending time on his boat Lobster fishing. It's also true that you can't take the builder out of the man as he continues to tackle projects around the house to this day.
Jeff comes from a long line of builders and started working with his father at just fourteen years old. Born and raised in East Lyme he enlisted in the Marine Corp after high school. After completing four years of service he came back home to pursue his passion and establish Lord Builders, Inc. along with his wife Lisa in 1987.
